Our Story
Nationly was created out of our founder’s frustration every year gathering data to properly fill out Form 2555 on his annual tax returns to claim the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion through the Physical Presence Test. As a digital nomad, compiling the list of countries was a time-consuming task he dreaded. He realized there’s a better way. An app that automatically tracks your location and fills in Form 2555 with all the details come tax season.
